24/08/2026 – CanDu acuqires shares in Brighton Pier Group

CanDu Group Ltd has today acquired 943 shares in The Brighton Pier Group Ltd from Edward Hayes, the founder of CanDu Group Ltd, in order to consolidate his business operations within one group. The shares have been transferred at a cost of 1p each.
